How to play Tipzone Challenge

Tipzone Challenge is a brand new game from Tipzone, which gives you the chance to compete against others in specific Challenges

While Tipzone League is an on-going game, Tipzone Challenges are fixed-period games and completely independent from your Tipzone League selections

It's all about winners - Challenges are won by the tipster with the most winning tips. No prices. No percentages. No fuss.

Placing Tips

• Each day you can see the available events for the Challenge. Click on the event name to reveal the runners
• Click the 'tip it' button to make your selection - but be sure before you do. You can't change your mind afterward
• Challenge is about Winners - there are no place bets!
• You can view your tips on your Tipster Profile

Betting Periods

• Each challenge is split into a series of Betting Periods
• A period could be as short as one day for a short challenge, or as long as a week for a longer challenge
• At the beginning of each Period, you are given a number of points to represent your Betting Bank
• Your bank cannot be carried between periods; e.g. you cannot bet in period two with points from period one.
• Any unspent points at the end of a period are lost.

Settling Tips

• When the result of the event is available, your tips are settled by Challenge and the Leaderboard is updated.
• Tips will be settled at SP (if available) or the last available price.
• Non-runners are refunded, so you can spend those points again! But make sure you spend them before the end of the period, or they'll be lost

Challenge Leaderboard

• Each Challenge has its own leaderboard, with the player with the most winners at the top.
• In the case of a tie, Challenge will look at the profit of that Tipster; the player with the most profit wins.
• If there is still a tie, Challenge will look at the total number of tips; the player with the least tips wins.

Fair Play

• Our expectation is that each Tipzone player should 'play fair' within the broad scope of the game.
• This includes, but is in no way limited to, registering for the same competition multiple times or playing under multiple names.
• As such no player should attempt to circumvent the rules or conditions, or behave in a manner that might cause distress to other players, such as through comments on the Forum, email, blogs or otherwise transcribed to players which is likely to cause offence.
• Such blatant incidents would include remarks which the administrator considers to be racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory in content. In such cases GG.COM reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate.

Competition terms and conditions

• Any prizes offered are not negotiable.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old in order to participate.
• Specific competition rules of play are published on the competition page with general rules of play available on this page.
• No telephone calls or correspondence will be entered in to regarding the rules of the competition.
• The winners will be contacted by email no later than five (5) days after the conclusion of the competition.
• Winner's names will be available by accessing our web site at www.gg.com.

Changes to Tipzone Challenge

• GG.COM reserves the right to change or amend any aspect of Tipzone at any time. However, we will always attempt to give adequate notice of any changes which materially effect the playing of the game.
