Situated on the banks of the River Tay, Perth is Britain's most northerly racecourse. Front runners have a particularly good record as the track is virtually flat and the tight bends play to their strengths. Fixtures are arranged to suit the tourist industry taking place between April and September with the highlight being the Perth Festival in late April.

Food & Drink
Perth has a number of bars to cater for all tastes. The Club Bar gives a panoramic view of the course and provides hot snacks. The Mansfield bar is a small intimate bar overlooking the Parade Ring whilst the Paddock Bar is situated in the Tattersalls Ring. The Last Ditch Bar is so called due to its proximity to one of the biggest fences on the course. On a warm day, take your drink out on to the lawn and soak up the atmosphere. The Parade Bar offers a small beer garden and affords an intimate view of horses as they leave the paddock. The Club Dining Room is a stylish restaurant offering a wide range of hot and cold meals and a full bar facility whilst the Paddock Snack Bar has comfortable facilities providing a wide range of hot and cold snacks during the day to sit in or take away, and is popular with racegoers with big appetites and modest budgets. The Centre Course Snack Bar offers fast food and a range of hot and cold snacks. Pre-booked picnics can be arranged.

Admission for racegoers in wheelchairs is charged at £6. There are ramps erected close to the paddock for easy viewing.

Corporate Info
Perth has a total of 12 suites accommodating parties from 10-80. Marquee facilities for larger parties ca be organised. All private suites enjoy closed circuit television, a private bar and a dedicated waitress service.

The racecourse is situated four miles North of Perth off the A93.

Perth Train Station has a bus service running to the racecourse on racedays.
