Leicester has recently erected a new Grandstand, which looks over 200 acres of the racecourse and golf course making it an attractive option for race days and other functions. The leading Flat trainers often use this course to introduce many of their best two-year-olds and a host of maiden winners here have gone on to win Classic races. The ground often rides on the soft side during the National Hunt season and stamina is an all-important asset. Large fields and competitive racing are virtually guaranteed. |

By Road
The course is two miles south of Leicester City Centre on the A6 and approximately five miles from the M1 Jct 21 with a direct link via the outer ring road.

Leicester Train Station has a bus service that takes racegoers to the course.
