So far so good for the good things.
Now watch 4/11 shot and last leg of my 4-timer Dysphonia get blown out of the water. I've hedged on the Cumani one so expect a rag to win it, lol.

i think you can start the celebrations JD.
Surely only an unforseen strike of lightening can stop Dysphonia.
Frustratingly (for me) I've watched 5 horses I fancied all go on to win today without backing any of them!
Here's a song for your pending celebration JD

This should have won Eurovision.

I missed a big boat yesterday as just about every horse I fancied won but nevermind these things are sent to test us.
Chepstow 14.00 - AL EMIRATI
Tamayuz began his stud career with a bang when Sir Princealot won at Bath for Richard Hannon. (Goes at Sandown on Thursday) and AL EMIRATI has a likable pedigree being related to Liszt who got off the mark at over a mile at 2.
He's presumably quick enough to go over 5 otherwise they could have sent him to run over 6 instead and you can imagine that Jamie Spencer (17% for David Simcock) will employ his favoured hold up tactics.
David Simcock's horses are in good form and no doubt he'll be looking for a 2 year old to take to Ascot. 1 of the 3 horses he sent to Chepstow in the past year made the frame.
No surprise to see Stan James take him on at 5/2. He should go well.

Ripon 14.10 - STAR OF ROHM
I was seen quoting on a thread somewhere that this was a nice horse and he proved it when he finished fourth in a good looking York maiden at a big price. Godolphin's Artagiano finished third and he hacked up yesterday at Leicester.
STAR OF ROHM travelled better than anything that day and it was a superb effort under Adam Kirby. Stable jockette Hayley Turner takes over today. The drop back to 5 furlongs looks ideal and Michael Bell could have a good horse here. His home work is reportedly very good.
He's short at 5/6 (Coral) but I'd have him closer to 1/2. The ATR forecast have him at 5/2. Whoever came up with that needs sacking.

Both Star Of Rohm and Ana Emerati were poor. I've just logged back in with the knowledge that Dark Ages softened the blow but......
I have no idea why my post about Dark Ages did not load upto the forum??!! Anyhow this is what I wrote:
Chepstow 15.00 - DARK AGES
DARK AGES is up 6lbs for a credible third last time out at Wolves when he tackled 6 furlongs for the first time. Dark Ages found trouble that day and was denied a clear run around the home turn. He kept on well when he got into the clear and he was an unlucky loser.
DARK AGES is unexposed over the 6 furlong trip and the booking of Richard Hughes looks significant and he looks a good bet at 11/4. I am surprised DARK AGES is not clear favourite.
I'd like to put that in the p/l providing no one minds.

Folkestone 18.15 - ESCAPE TO GLORY
ESCAPE TO GLORY has run in class 2 handicaps in his previous 2 runs. The latter of those was at York over 6 furlongs where he was only beaten 4 and 1/2 lengths off of a mark of 84.
He was 'outpaced' during the early part of that race but was seen finishing to very good effect. The step upto 7 furlongs tomorrow would seem to suit.
Interestingly this will be only the fifth time ESCAPE TO GLORY has ran over 7 furlongs. He won his maiden at the trip and was then sent off a short priced favourites in 2 7 furlong handicaps at Lingfield and Kempton respectively. The handicapper has dropped him a pound after his York run and he should find tomorrow's Class 4 race much easier.
The booking of William Buick appears to be significant. He has a 50% strike rate when riding at the course (4/8) and he has a 67% strike rate when riding for the trainer. (2 wins and 1 placed effort from his 3 rides). He has 2 rides at the course tomorrow, the other being the Chapple Hyam 2 year old.
ESCAPE TO GLORY will like the ground, he'll appreciate the drop in class and the return to 7 furlongs and he has the right man on board tomorrow.
It's a hard to find a potential negatve with WIlliam Hill going to 7/2.

A quick tot up. To 1 point that's pretty good in my book. A most satisfactory result after struggling for a a wee while.

Class work mate, over a 30% strike rate this month and 22 winners is brilliant. Roll on June for Epsom and Ascot!

Thank you gents.
I've already written my thoughts about Sir Prancelot but there's quite a lot else to like at Sandown today.
Sandown 19.20 - OPINION POLL
After the recent rumours surrounding Frankie it must be nice for him to reunite with one of his best horses. OPINION POLL is as hard as nails and it will take a good horse to beat him this evening.
OPINION POLL looked better than ever when winning the Dubai Gold Cup when beating Joshua Tree cosily by half a length.
He'll like the the ground and Frankie will be staying on strongly when the others have cried 'Enough!'.
13/8 and a strong bet at odds against.

Sandown 20.25 - TALES OF GRIMM
It is with a heavy heart that I oppose Redact but TALES OF GRIMM looks too big in the market at 13/2. (Bet Victor).
There's not a lot I can tell you that you do not already know, TALES OF GRIMM beat the well regarded Firdaws on debut, sticking onto the task well over 7 furlongs at Newbury.
The step upto a mile will suit this evening and connections can prove it was a smart decision to avoid the Guineas.
He'll need to win this well if he is to take up his Group 1 entry in the St James' Palace stakes but at 13/2 it is worth finding out.

Sandown 18.45 - SIR PRANCEALOT
SIR PRANCEALOT cost a tidy E140,000 as a yearling and he's bred to be pretty good being by Tamayuz who was an excellent horse at a mile. He was unbeaten at 2 and won on debut also. His dam won a listed race on debut at 2. There's a nice mix of speed and stamina and it's no surprise to see him cost a bit for Andrew TInkler.
Reportedly he was a little bit of a monkey when he first arrived at the Hannons'. He was very keen, very excitable and a little hotheaded. He's settled down now but he has speed to burn as he showed when hacking up at Bath by 2 lengths. He showed speed to cross from a wide draw and never looked in any danger. It was a smart performace first time up.
SIR PRANCELOT ought to relish the stiff Sandown hill and it is significant that Richard Hannon has sent SIR PRANCELOT here rather than say Lytic Ace, Sky Lantern or Mister Marc to contend a race that they have farmed in the past decade.
Predictably, Coral are the only firm to take him on and they go 15/8. With money around for the Johnston pair we might see a bit of 2/1 by this evening.
Discussion welcome.
Edit 9/4 taken WHill
