Harris has a really strong line going there on Monday but the trainer struggles with winners lately but good on the each way.

Not often I fancy a forecast between horses, But there are two races for windsor I can't get away from.

£££ Each way forecasts.

Windsor 5.00
Decider
Lewyn
Blue Box.

Windsor 5.30
Mr Maximus
Pie Poudre
Kieltys Folly.

As for the 6.00 I think I'll do Razwaan but I fear Kay Gee Bee if fit.

Hello

Just the one very short priced winner last week & the other picks were a little frustrating again but I will certainly endeavour to stick with this thread when I can & I am sure the Windsor course form theory will come good & produce some good results, it's only early days & we have got all summer to finish in front, or at least certainly do our very best along the way!!!

It's Windsor again on monday night & here are my views on the races with the horses that I believe qualify under the good previous course form system, let's see how it goes:

5.20 - no qualifiers as such but Richard Hannon's runners always warrant great respect at Windsor & he won this race last year with the smart SYDNEY ARMS and also gave the now group class EUCHARIST her debut in this race so MRS MOP & particularly BEST TERMS could be the ones to concentrate on.

5.50 - SEPTEMBER DRAW is the only qualifier in this race as the only runner with a previous run at the course, that run wasn't amazing but does represent the Richard Hannon & Richard Hughes team that do well at Windsor so extra interest because of that.

6.20 - ADVISOR, THE CAYTERERS, BROUHAHA, KERCHAK, & BAVARICA look the qualifiers to me with good previous course runs & in fact ADVISOR, THE CAYTERERS & BROUHAHA have all won at this course before - it's a wide open contest & lots in with chances but of the qualifiers then perhaps KERCHAK & BROUHAHA could be the most interesting each way options here.

6.50 - Seriously competitive sprint handicap, SEAMUS SINDIG, ELHAMRI, ATLANTIC BEACH, EQUULEUS PICTOR, MYMUMSAYSIMTHEBEST, THE WEE CHIEF, HAND PAINTED & POLAR ANNIE have all ran with credit at Windsor before & EQUULEUS PICTOR & THE WEE CHIEF are both previous course & distance winners - it's a really tough race & hard to split any of the horses never mind the windsor form qualifiers but of those qualifiers then I am taking EQUULEUS PICTOR, MYMUMSAYSIMTHEBEST & THE WEE CHIEF as my 3 each way shots against the field.

7.20 - DRESSING ROOM is the only one in the field with previous course form having ran with great credit in a decent race last week & Mark Johnston's runner has to be the pick here.

7.50 - ENTHUSING, SOWETO STAR, SILVERWARE, GREEN PEARL, SERGEANT TROY are the interesting qualifiers here & represent interesting yards who command respect with their runners at this track so tough to split them but maybe ENTHUSING & GREEN PEARL can prove the best of them.

As ever these are just my views based on the runners that have previous form at Windsor, it's just something that I believe will pay off & will reap it's rewards but it's early days in the season so let's see what happens.

all the best

Hello

I forgot to update this thread the last time there was Windsor a couple of weeks so I will try & do it from memory

I can recall Richard Hannon winning the first with the seriously well backed BEST TERMS & I can also remember SOWETO STAR going in at 14/1 & that was also one mentioned as a qualifier due to previous Windsor course & distance form & interestingly a few other qualifiers were very well backed to get placed.

It's still early days in the season but it looks as though previous Windsor course form is an important factor & hopefully this thread continues to show that.

Right then, I will now crack on with today's Windsor card to see which horses qualify under the previous course form theory:

2.25 - GWILYM, C'MON YOU IRONS & MEMPHIS MAN are all previous course & distance winners at Windsor so they are the ones to concentrate on this race & I personally would take MEMPHIS MAN to come out on top at these weights although the other 2 should run big races.

2.55 - TAURUS TWINS, GETCARTER, SEAMUS SHINDIG, BABY DOTTIE, DESERT ICON BATHWICK XARA & THE WEE CHIEF all have solid course runs in their form profiles with TAURUS TWINS, DESERT ICON, GETCARTER & THE WEE CHIEF all previous course & distance winners so it's tough splitting that lot but I would personally take TAURUS TWINS, THE WEE CHIEF & GETCARTER as my picks against the field here.

3.25 - TINSHU, SHALLOW BAY, EFFIGY, EDGWORTH & CONSTANT CRAVING are the previous course form qualifiers in this race & represent an interesting bunch and this time around I will take previous course & distance winner TINSHU along with previous course winner CONSTANT CRAVING as my two against this field.

3.55 - HARRY LUCK is the only qualifier & has 2 solid course runs to his name so looks the pick anyway in an interesting race

4.25 - WHISTLE ON BY & AMBALA are the only 2 runners with previous experience of the course so I will watch them while ENGLAND RULES looked a very good prospect when making a debut a few weeks back & should prove worth following.

4.55 - WHERE'S SUSIE has got several fairly solid course runs to here name so might be interesting here but it's a tight race & looks one to watch

5.25 - SENSATIONAL LOVE is a previous course winner while WELSH INLET has had one good previous run here so they looks the best qualifiers for the purpose of this thread & should run well although DOROTHY'S DANCING does have a major form chance.

As ever make of this whatever you choose to, it's just something that I am looking into & interested to see how it goes through the year, it's proved profitable to follow course form at Windsor before & hopefully it will do so again.

all the best

Hello

Have you heard the old saying "horses for courses" well hopefully you have & did help yourselves to this thread, as posted earlier:

"2.25 - GWILYM, C'MON YOU IRONS & MEMPHIS MAN are all previous course & distance winners at Windsor so they are the ones to concentrate on this race & I personally would take MEMPHIS MAN to come out on top at these weights although the other 2 should run big races."

RESULT = 1st - MEMPHIS MAN at 11/1

and....

"3.55 - HARRY LUCK is the only qualifier & has 2 solid course runs to his name so looks the pick anyway in an interesting race"

RESULT = 1st HARRY LUCK at 10/3 (available at 11/2 this morning)

Let's hope the Windsor course form theory keeps going for the remaining 3 races on the card.

all the best

Tommy

Hello

Well it was a case of very nearly in the last few races......

"4.25 - WHISTLE ON BY & AMBALA are the only 2 runners with previous experience of the course so I will watch them while ENGLAND RULES looked a very good prospect when making a debut a few weeks back & should prove worth following."

RESULT = ENGLAND RULES beat WHISTLE ON BY

"4.55 - WHERE'S SUSIE has got several fairly solid course runs to here name so might be interesting here but it's a tight race & looks one to watch

"5.25 - SENSATIONAL LOVE is a previous course winner while WELSH INLET has had one good previous run here so they looks the best qualifiers for the purpose of this thread & should run well although DOROTHY'S DANCING does have a major form chance.
"

WELSH INLET just got beaten into 2nd at 6/1 so close with one as well.

Overall this thread & the horses highlighted with previous course form at Windsor have done pretty well and hopefully some of you benefitted from that in some way.

all the best

Tommy

Hello

It's Windsor again on monday so that means looking at each race to test my theory that proven Windsor course form & especially course & distance form is a key factor that will help to find Windsor winners, so far so good after a few weeks & I'm interested to see how it works out this week.

5.40 - No qualifiers for this system but trainers Richard Hannon & Barry Hills always command respect at Windsor so ANGELS WILL FALL, GLEE & BALM look the 3 most interesting prospects here.

6.10 - Only one qualifier so that makes selection easy & given that previous course winner MOUNTAIN RANGE looks like one who will improve a fair deal this year then helps as well & will be my pick against the field, headed by PUTTINGONTHESTYLE for the Windsor specialist team of Richard Hannon & Richard Hughes.

6.40 - Previous course & distance winners DUNELIGHT & THE RECTIFIER are the only qualifiers in this fascinating 7 runner Listed contest, both are forecast to be big prices but the fact there are only 2 places up for grabs makes it hard to go with both so I will take DUNELIGHT as my system pick each way but I do have massive respect for SIDE GLANCE & PENITENT as serious dangers so it's only a small stakes play for me.

7.10 - HAWK MOTH & REE'S RASCAL are the only runners in this tight looking handicap with previous experience of Windsor, both are forecast to be big prices so I might do very small stakes each way for a bit of fun interest with HAWK MOTH the more likely of those two in my opinion, although that said FRANCISCAN & KONSTANTIN look two likely improvers who could well be a fair bit better than this class.

7.40 - LOYALISTE is the only qualifier with previous course form & that decent 3rd place finish reads quite well in the context of this race & especially represents the ace Windsor team of Richard Hannon & Richard Hughes so gets my each way vote here although AKIMOS & MOMENT OF TIME probably will be the best of these as the season progresses & rate serious dangers here.

8.10 - BLUE DAZZLER, SEPTEMBER DRAW & DUBAI GLORY are the 3 horses with previous windsor form in the book with DUBAI GLORY the best of that with last time out course & distance win having SEPTEMBER DRAW in behind so will be my sporting theory small stakes each way bets against the likes of Richard Hannon's STANDOUT who will prove to be very, very popular in the betting ring & certainly deserves to on form.

Will be interesting to see how this works out again, as ever make of this whatever you choose to & good luck with whatever bets you have at Windsor.

all the best

Hello Tommy...I really appreciate this thread as I've visited Windsor a few times already this year.....I find it really difficult to see the races properly as all racegoers at Windsor find so it's really useful to have any additional info avaialable to assess the fields....it's a great course though and Monday evenings are really good fun...toying with the idea of bowling along tonight! Cheers Richard

Hello Richard

Thanks for the comments mate & just glad to know that this thread helps in some way as that is the motivation for doing it.

Windsor is one of those rare tracks where I seem to do ok at so doing the thread helps me to concentrate on there & leave the other stuff alone & a glance at the others cards today tells me I've done the right thing because the other stuff looks terrible, but each to their own as they say.

Good luck if you go to Windsor Richard & hope you have a great time and let's hope the results go our way.

all the best

A good informative thread mr T the work you have put in is appreciated,  the thread made me look at windsor and although the one Ive backed hasnt ran here before its trained by Bin Suroor who has a very healthy strike rate here the horse is Jaridh in the 2nd race.  Dettori rides it for the 1st time and I think this horse could provide him with a winner as his only other mount seems to have no chance,  it ran very badly last time but was in headgear for the first time so I think it ought to be forgiven.  Either way at 16/1 earlier today on betfair I hope it can bring home the bacon. A decent e/way prospect, anyone agree???

Hello

Firstly, thanks for the comments Bodeswell & for your contribution, I could not respond to you earlier because I was at work, regarding your pick JARIDH then I have just checked the results to see that it finished way down the field so unlucky with that one, some horses just do not act at Windsor and that might be the case here, interestingly JARIDH is entered at York this week & Newmarket on saturday, might be worth a look again if any of those entries are taken up.

With regards to how this thread went then I have to say that I am pretty happy with how the races & results worked out, I will go through my picks & how they ran race by race but overall they did very well, every winner apart from 1 mentioned, the qualifying system highlighted 2 good winners actually tipped & a few good places along with a few good winners & forecasts mentioned so happy with that, I just hope a few others benefitted:

Here is how each race worked out tonight at Windsor:

"5.40 - No qualifiers for this system but trainers Richard Hannon & Barry Hills always command respect at Windsor so ANGELS WILL FALL, GLEE & BALM look the 3 most interesting prospects here."

Result = 1st ANGELS WILL FALL at 9/4, 2nd GLEE at 5/2
forecast = £7.85

"6.10 - Only one qualifier so that makes selection easy & given that previous course winner MOUNTAIN RANGE looks like one who will improve a fair deal this year then helps as well & will be my pick against the field"

MOUNTAIN RANGE 2nd at 15/2 so each way bit landed & looks one to note at Windsor after 2 good course runs.

6.40 - I went for DUNELIGHT e/w but SIDE GLANCE was clearly the one for money all day, big bets taken all day on this one & backed from the 5/4 mark to 4/6 so obviously very strongly fancied as these recorded bets on track show: £1000-£1100 £500-£550 (x2) £480-£600 £400-£500 (x2) £800-£1100 (x2) £400-£550 (x8)

SIDE GLANCE is clearly a highly progressive horse who looks set to have a big season.

"7.10 - HAWK MOTH & REE'S RASCAL are the only runners in this tight looking handicap with previous experience of Windsor, both are forecast to be big prices so I might do very small stakes each way for a bit of fun interest"

RESULT = 1st REE'S RASCAL at 10/1 (14/1 available this morning)

Another double figure winner who had previous course form at Windsor, and there has been at least one double figure winner whom had previous windsor course form at every windsor meeting so far this year.

"7.40 - LOYALISTE is the only qualifier with previous course form & that decent 3rd place finish reads quite well in the context of this race & especially represents the ace Windsor team of Richard Hannon & Richard Hughes so gets my each way vote here although AKIMOS & MOMENT OF TIME probably will be the best of these as the season progresses & rate serious dangers here."

RESULT = 1st ALKIMOS & 2nd MOMENT OF TIME, Exact £5.40

ALKIMOS & MOMENT OF TIME were the only horses for money all day in the bookies & I was not surprised to them pull clear of their rivals as I thought they might well be the best 2 in the field, my sporting each way pick LOYALISTE ran 4th and will surely be found a race at Windsor in the future.

"8.10 - BLUE DAZZLER, SEPTEMBER DRAW & DUBAI GLORY are the 3 horses with previous windsor form in the book with DUBAI GLORY the best of that with last time out course & distance win having SEPTEMBER DRAW in behind so will be my sporting theory small stakes each way bets"

RESULT = 1st - DUBAI GLORY at 6/1 (9/1 available this morning)

Last time out course & distance winner DUBAI GLORY did it again to win & I was certainly happy with that, 9/1 taken this morning for some small money each way & my sporting nap of the day.

Hopefully some of you gained from some of these results, I personally did small stakes bets & combined a few in different small stakes each way multiples with 10/1 winner REE'S RASCAL, 6/1 winner DUBAI GLORY & 15/2 2nd MOUNTAIN RANGE combined together in one making a nice little payout & a good profit overall.

Hope you all had as much fun & luck as I did at Windsor today

all the best

Tommy

HI Tommy,

Don't post normally but do look in fairly regularly and just had to come on and thank you!
I stuck a few of your selections (I'd probably never have gone for them myself!) in a placepot along with one or two of my own and won a nice sum mostly down to your selections so a big thank you!

Also a thank you to some others - I was at Nottingham on Saturday and thanks to some people on here, had some nice wins and again, got the placepot up! I think Tic Tac Tone and DCleary were the main ones - also had Trucker's Delight each way which someone put up so think i might quit whilst I'm ahead as these purple patches often stop pretty abruptly!

Thanks again all..!

Tommy....after bigging you up this morning I had a great night at Windsor this evening. Picked the first four out.....blew out completely in the fifth thus knocking my place and jackpots on the head but steamed onto your last winner. I even had the audacity to smoke a cigar on the way home! Came home with a bucket full of dosh. Combined your thoughts with another thread and even managed the forecast in the 2nd and missed out on the tricast by a mishap at the betting booth! I'll be back there again next Monday to give it all back to them no doubt! Cheers Richard
